CANCELLATION POLICY HOTEL ST POL
As we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our operations.
Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations and changes must be made in writing; we do not accept cancellations by phone or in person.
- You can easily find the cancellation policy and associated costs in your guest profile.
- All reservations are subject to cancellation terms, depending on the type of rate or booking channel you have chosen.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any potential cancellation costs.

Individual direct bookings
Standard Rate
- Reservations made less than 14 days before the arrival date are subject to an immediate cancellation fee.
- Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- Between 14 and 4 days before arrival: The full cost of one night’s stay.
- Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Prepaid Rate
- This reservation is fully prepaid.
- When choosing the Prepaid Rate, you benefit from the guaranteed lowest price for your overnight stay.
- A prepaid reservation cannot be cancelled or changed.
- In case of cancellation, change or no-show, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
- You can always send a friend or family member in your place after consultation by e-mail.
Modifications Standard Rate direct bookings
- The amendment period is equal to the cancellation period.
- If you want to change your booking and the new date is more expensive than the original booking, we will charge the price difference.
No-Show
- If you do not arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged the full cost.
- If you do not check in on the arrival date but still intend to stay, please contact us urgently to keep the room for the remaining nights. If you fail to do so, the reservation will be automatically cancelled as above and no refund is possible.
- No-show fees will not be refunded.
Early Departure
- If the stay is shortened or cancelled after check-in, the cancellation conditions apply as above, with 100% of the total amount charged
Groups (direct bookings of 3 rooms or more)
Standard Rate
- Reservations booked less than 21 days before arrival have immediate cancellation fees.
- Up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge
- Between 21 and 10 days before arrival: The total amount for one night’s stay per room in the reservation
- Less than 9 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable

OTA’s (Online Travel Agencies) booking
Standard Rate OTA’s
- For reservations booked through OTAs, the cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation of the relevant OTA apply.
- Cancellations or changes must be made through the same channel used to make the reservation.
Prepaid Rate OTA’s
- This reservation is fully prepaid.
- When choosing the Prepaid Rate, you benefit from the guaranteed lowest price for your overnight stay.
- A prepaid reservation cannot be cancelled or changed.
